1. General Policy
All payments made to SpnxiWave LLC are non-refundable once the service has commenced, including strategy development, campaign setup, or design work.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment)
The project has not yet started and is within 3 days of initial payment
A signed agreement includes a specific refund clause
3. No Refunds For
Completed work or delivered campaigns
Dissatisfaction due to lack of results, unless previously guaranteed in writing
Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., missing assets, unresponsive communication)
Subscription-based services past the billing date
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with 14 days written notice. If cancellation occurs mid-project, no partial refunds will be issued for completed work.
5. Chargebacks
We kindly ask clients to reach out to our support team before initiating any chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks will be considered a breach of terms and may result in service suspension.
